Lucca Summer Festival venue upgraded

Following huge demand for tickets, Elton’s show in Lucca has been upgraded to the city walls.

The new site will allow 7000 more fans to attend the Lucca show on 7 July, 2019, part of the Elton’s critically-acclaimed Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour. The tour marks Elton’s retirement from touring after 50 years on the road.

Tickets for the original show sold out in just a few weeks. For this reason, Lucca Summer Festival will move the show from Piazza Napoleone to the historical city walls giving 7000 more people the chance to attend what promises to be an extraordinary event. The famous city walls of Lucca, an iconic symbol of the Tuscan city, will provide a stunning setting for Elton’s show.

Tickets will go on pre-sale with Radio R101 from 9:00 a.m. on January 21st to 9:00 a.m. on January 24th.

General sale will start at 10:00 a.m. on January 24th.
