The Captain And The Kid

The Captain And The Kid

Elton’s 30th studio album, a 31-year sequel to Captain Fantastic And The Brown Dirt Cownboy, hit #18 on Billboard’s Top 200, #7 on the US Rock Albums chart, and #6 on the UK Album Chart. The Bridge was released as a radio single, and peaked at #19 on the Hot Contemporary Adult Tracks chart. This album is notable in that it is the first time that both Elton and Bernie Taupin have appeared on the front cover.
