Q. Why is there a new Rocket Club?
A. We upgraded eltonjohn.com to a new state-of-the-art digital platform so we can deliver more exclusive video, photos and stories to you.
Q. What will change in my Rocket Membership?
A. Your Rocket username will now be the e-mail address you signed up with.

Q. Can I get a refund for the unused months from my old Rocket membership?
A. No. All subscription purchases from the old Rocket are final. However,
if you are new, we will give you full credit for any unused months, and will
add them to your 12 month annual subscription.

Q. When are the Rocket Ticket sales?
A. Please stay tuned to eltonjohn.com for more information about Rocket
Tickets.
Q. How many tickets can I buy per event?
A. You may purchase up to TWO tickets for any ONE event. Any purchases
exceeding the per show limit are subject to cancellation without notice.
Q. When do Rocket Ticket sales start and when do they stop?

Q. How do I know if I am eligible for the pre-sale, when did I have to
Join the Rocket Club by?
A. To be eligible to purchase tickets on the first day of any Rocket
Club sale you must sign up to be a Rocket Member 24 hours before any Rocket
Club Ticket sale begins.
Q. When will I receive my Rocket Club Ticket Code?
A. You’ll receive a separate email with your ticket code within 24 hours of signing up for the Rocket Club.
Q. Are the seats I order through eltonjohn.com better than the seats I
can buy during the public on sale?
A. The tour promoters allocate tickets for Rocket members and these can
Vary according to the venue and the nature of the show. In general 'Best
Seat' tickets from eltonjohn.com are in the center stage section of the
auditorium and within rows 8 - 15 of the stage. Occasionally tickets will be
Allocated which are nearer or further from the stage, but they will always
be the top price tickets, unless we have stated otherwise. We cannot advise
on exact seating positions in advance of the show.
Q. How will I receive my tickets?
A. You will pick up your tickets the day of the show at the will call
window. A copy of the Purchase Confirmation Note and Photo ID are
Essential for collection of tickets. It is also strongly advised that you
are able to produce the credit card with which the purchase was made.
Q. Can I change the name on my tickets?
A. No. We do not allow members to transfer their tickets because we
became aware of members re-selling their Rocket tickets via Internet auction
sites, which is completely against the rules and spirit of Rocket
membership.
Q. Will tickets be available by telephone?
A. No, pre-sale tickets will only be sold on the Internet.
Q. What form of payment will be accepted?
A. American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Discover

Q. How do I buy my tickets?
A. Please follow the steps below:

TWO tickets for any ONE SHOW. Any purchases exceeding the per show limit
are subject to cancellation without further notice. You may want to copy
the code from the Ticket Code email and paste it into the pass code field
provided to help ensure you have entered it correctly.

Q. My Rocket Ticket code does not work. Who can I contact for help?

Q. What if the show that I buy tickets for is cancelled or rescheduled?
A. In the unlikely event that a show is cancelled a refund will
automatically be issued to the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
When a refund is issued you will be refunded the face value of the ticket,
as well as the per ticket convenience fees and any facility fees. If a show
is cancelled, we will attempt to contact you and advise you on the policy
for obtaining a refund.
In the event that a concert is rescheduled your tickets will be valid

performance we will give you a refund. You will be notified by the
Rocket Club informing you of the necessary details.
All Sales are Final
Venues do not allow the Rocket Club to refund or exchange any order once
