Tiny Dancer live on The Late Late Show on Friday

The cast of musicians who, as A Song For Lily-Mae, are at number one in the Irish chart with their version of Elton and Bernie’s Tiny Dancer, are to perform the song live on RTÉ One’s The Late Late Show on Friday, December 7, at 9.35pm. The Late Late Show is Ireland's most viewed television programme, and is also the world's longest running television chat show.

This beautiful version of Elton and Bernie’s much-loved song was recorded in Ireland by a group of over 300 Irish musicians as a way to raise money for the care of Lily-Mae Morrison, a four year-old Irish girl who has  neuroblastoma, a rare and extremely aggressive childhood cancer of the nervous system.

Thank you to everyone around the world who has already bought Tiny Dancer by A Song For Lily-Mae   from iTunes and other outlets.

Bernie Taupin, who wrote the lyrics for Tiny Dancer, has posted a message of support here on his web site, and has also sent a personal message to Lily-Mae.

You can view a video of the song here on YouTube.

Please help Lily-Mae and her family achieve their hopes for increased awareness of the disease, and maybe the Christmas Number One, by continuing to buy and download the single.
