A. Yes. As long as the computer meets the systems requirements and has internet access, then you can login with your registered email address and password to access your subscription from anywhere at anytime.

Q. Should I login first or can I go straight to the event?
A. Once you click on a media link, you will be prompted to login if required for that event.

Q. How do I change the billing information or credit card number that my subscription is billed to?
A. To change your billing information or the credit card number on account, please visit Billing Information for your account. Please do not send this information via email.

Q. Can I use a debit card to sign up?
A. Yes. You can sign up online using your credit or debit card.

Q. How can I change my password?

A. Eltonjohn.com will not honor any Rocket Club refund request that is made more than 24 hours past the time of purchase.

The Rocket Club gives our members the opportunity to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Please note that there is a limited number of tickets, and we do not guarantee availability or inform the buyers of seat locations ahead of the concert.

The benefits of the Rocket Club include access to exclusive photos, video, audio and text content, as well as an annual free gift. These benefits become available at the time of purchase, and so membership dues are non-refundable, whether or not the member is able to buy Rocket tickets. Please be sure you are interested in a full year of membership before buying a Rocket membership.

Q. Am I guaranteed tickets to each concert with my eltonjohn.com subscription?
A. No, eltonjohn.com provides the opportunity to purchase tickets for concerts and does not guarantee tickets for each subscription member.

Q. When will I receive my ticket code so I can purchase Rocket Club tickets?
A. You will receive your ticket code within 24 hours of signing up for the Rocket Club.
